The competition promotes itself by way of ...

  • Flyers to launch the competition each year
  • Articles in the main horticulture industry magazines
  • Assistance of a PR consultant for the launch of the competition and promote the national Grand Final event
  • Television coverage and national daily newspaper coverage wherever possible
  • Annual awards dinner to announce the winner

A number of industry magazines cover the competition at sector level throughout the year as well as the national Grand Final event and the overall winner. These industry magazines include:

  • The Grower                  
  • The Orchardist
  • The Wine Grower

Annabel featured in NZ Winegrowers magazine in January 2019.
